Walk N Talk Consultations:
A home consultation is the first step in preparing your home for the competitive real estate market. We will walk through the property and I will discuss ideas to make a great first impression. This may include a de-cluttering plan, furniture layout to create a more spacious area, creating focal points and getting your home camera ready for MLS photos. Included in your consult is my consumer guide to staging, full of tips and tricks to ensure a stand out listing.

Occupied Staging:
While we understand that living in the home while on the market can be challenging. You have decorated your home to your personal taste, but that may not be the case for the potential buyer. Working in conjuction with our Walk N Talk Consultation, I will come in and do the work for you. Occupied staging is booked after the initial consultation and cleaning has been completed. Although we don’t offer soft goods for rent, I would be happy to make suggestions for you to purchase. 


Vacant Staging:
Our successful vacant staging jobs have consisted of skinny homes, condo's, residential-resale, and spec homes. We have very affordable pricing package’s and our pricing includes everything from start to finish. Being fully insured you will have no concerns, and guaranteed to outshine your competition.


Color Consultation:
Do you want to paint your rooms and cant make up your mind about which color to choose? I can help!! Being a trained Color Consultant, I know how to accomplish the results you are looking for. I will guide you through the color choices process and help you create the look you have always dreamed about.

Interior Design Consultation:
We can utilize your own things, purchase new for you, or send you shopping with a list at our favourite stores. We are professional shoppers and can offer our "decorator's discount" at many of our favorite stores. Working within your budget, we can do room by room or the whole home.
